As all continuous discharge current can last long , and the high pulse current can only last only few seconds.

Perhaps only 25A, 30A CDR, but the battery power performance exceeds the maximum discharges of 35A, 40A, or even 60A labeled in the battery. 

The exaggerate current has no indication of how long it can run, how much capacity it can discharge, and there is no industrial standard. False rating can easily lead to shorter battery life, or even explosion, threatening human safety.
